We are proud to showcase our completed project in Hook Heath, Surrey. This thoughtfully designed double and single-storey extension exemplifies our commitment to blending elegance with practicality.

The extension enhances the property’s architectural character while providing additional living space tailored to modern family needs. Our meticulous attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship are evident throughout the build.

Inside, the new spaces are bright and inviting, seamlessly connecting with the existing structure to create a cohesive and functional home environment. The design prioritizes comfort and usability, ensuring the home meets the evolving needs of its occupants.

This project reflects our dedication to delivering bespoke solutions that harmonise with our clients’ lifestyles and the surrounding environment.

It was important to us to choose the right builders for our renovation, as we looked to transform our old, characterful but freezing house into our forever family home. As this was our first big project, we needed a team with experience, someone who had done it before and could help us navigate the build over a number of months.
In any building project, there are going to be things that come up that are unexpected. What CJFox did well, was explain the problem or issue, then talk us through possible solutions. We never felt pushed into doing one thing vs. another and we always felt confident that any problem could be fixed.
They have a great team of tradespeople, and we saw every aspect during our work – starting with the demolition crew, through the building phase with electricians, plumbers and tilers to the carpenters and painters that were on site to provide the finishing touches. They were able to recommend suppliers for sourcing windows, bathroom fixtures and fittings and the very important kitchen – all their recommendations were good ones.
The team’s commitment is evident in every corner of our home, and we couldn’t be more grateful for all their hard work. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to bring their dream home to life

The CJ Fox team, led by Chris and Jason, came recommended to us by friends. They were exceptional, end-to-end, when delivering our renovation project. We always felt comforted by their conscientious approach and regular progress updates. They proactively communicated and managed change and issues that arose, which were inevitable given the work undertaken, giving us reassurance throughout.
We would also like to highlight their team’s high quality performance and for being extremely approachable and helpful when we were making onsite decisions. We would highly recommend CJ Fox as a competent, quality driven and professional construction team.

CJ Fox Development completed our loft conversion in January 2022.  It’s now a year later and we are very pleased with the work they carried out, would recommend and would use CJ Fox for any future projects.

We feel so lucky to have chosen CJ Fox for our two story side and rear extension and exterior landscaping. The team were an absolute pleasure to work with: friendly, talented, and the hardest working team we could have asked for

I am pleased to write up this review given the successful completion of my house renovation in Cobham. Chris,Jason and the Team worked exceptionally well from Consultation to completion of the Project with our budget range and timelines. I followed my standard due diligence in getting a reference, re-searching their company and reviewing past projects. Their pragmatic approach and coming up with solutions to my project needs made them well superior than the rest I approached. They have a great team that works hard, smart and to a high industry standard. They were collaborative and worked well with the rest of my project team i.e. Architect to Interior Design Team to Garden Design team. I would recommend CJ Fox Developments based on the positive experience I had with them on my renovation, Extension and Exterior Garden work carried out.
